This roundtable-style presentation will feature multiple members of the ESOP community who have been through a transaction in the recent past. The time will be used to identify the various considerations that you will encounter in the 12 months after the transaction. Topics will include company finances and operations, corporate governance, and employee communications. Expect to come to this interactive session with questions and leave with a post-transaction plan.
