Eric Strebe is a Business Development Consultant with ESOP Partners, responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective ESOP companies through understanding their specific needs and expectations. Eric has a robust history of making a difference, with over a decade of experience in sales and sales management working with business owners, presidents, and sales professionals to achieve their goals, create innovative solutions, and grow revenue. Previously, he spent time on management teams at US Bank and Associated Bank, where his ability to listen, understand, and provide creative solutions helped countless numbers of business owners within the communities Eric served.
Eric earned a BA in Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a MBA from Concordia University-Wisconsin, where he currently teaches business finance classes. He is currently a member of The ESOP Association.
Eric spends as much time as possible with his wife and children. Some of his family’s favorite activities include hiking, going out to eat, and family movie nights. During the summer you will most likely find them on a boat fishing and swimming while enjoying the warm Wisconsin sunshine.
