Janine Diana is a Senior Business Consultant with ESOP Partners. Janine helps ESOP clients on transformational leadership to build an employee ownership culture. She advises employee-owned companies on aligning ownership culture to organizational strategy through various organizational development strategies.
She has over 25 years of experience in human resources with a focus on building culture and supporting organizations experiencing transitions. Prior to working with ESOP Partners, Janine served as Vice President of People & Culture at the Experimental Aircraft Association, a global non-profit supporting general aviation. She has spent time working with family-owned businesses, global, publicly-held organizations, and start-up.
She is a member of SHRM and WorldatWork and volunteers for the annual WI SHRM State Conference, promoting continuing education to the human resources profession. Janine is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) with WorldatWork and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®) with SHRM. She has a passion for mentoring and coaching human resources professionals.
In her free time, Janine is a passionate Harley rider with her husband. She enjoys everything Wisconsin – Packers, Badgers, and Brewers and exploring all the beauty Wisconsin has to offer. Quality time with her grown children are precious moments she cherishes dearly.
