Kris Kaul

Kris Kaul is a Senior Business Consultant with ESOP Partners. Kris is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective ESOP companies and understanding their specific needs and expectations.

She has over 15 years of experience in sales, management customer service, within the retail and staffing industry.  Prior to joining ESOP Partners, she served as Business Development Director for a national staffing firm where she supported companies of different industries and sizes by evaluating project initiatives and providing human capital solutions to achieve objectives. 

She is a member of the Green Bay SHRM chapter and volunteers as the Reservations Chair for the Programming Committee.   

Kris enjoys going on motorcycle rides with her husband and having fun with her son and dog Rudy.  She also enjoys watching the Packers, cooking, and reading.
