ESOP Partners will be attending the Heart of America (HOA) Chapter Annual Spring Seminars:
- Kansas City Seminar – April 28, 2016, at the Commerce Bank Building in Kansas City, Missouri
- St. Louis Seminar – April 29, 2016, at the Missouri Athletic Club West in Town & Country, Missouri
The Kansas City Seminar will feature a presentation by ESOP Association President J. Michael Keeling titled “Persistence: Key to a Better Tomorrow," as well as presentations on "Succession Planning and Leadership Development" and "Projections: How They Impact ESOP Valuations & Why They Are Critical.”
Presentations on “Corporate Leadership Transitions” and “Projections: How They Impact ESOP Valuations & Why They Are Critical” will be given at the St. Louis Seminar.
Both Seminars will provide attendees with valuable opportunities to share their ideas and network with other ESOP companies, and to talk one-on-one with ESOP professionals about their ESOP questions and concerns.
Vicki Graft, Senior ESOP Consultant with ESOP Partners, will be attending each Seminar. Vicki is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA), with more than 18 years of ESOP and ERISA experience. ESOP Partners is an ESOP consulting and administration firm providing an ESOP expert as a point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the ESOP.
