COVID-19 (Coronavirus) - Response Plan

ESOP PARTNERS' RESPONSE PLAN

The health and well-being of our clients, employees, vendors and community members remains our top priority. We are actively monitoring the evolving situation
on COVID-19 and understand the myriad of concerns we are all experiencing together.  We take this pandemic very seriously and are taking proactive measures to keep our employees healthy so that they may continue to support you on your ESOP journey.

First and foremost, our goal is to proactively create measures to keep any virus from entering our work environments.  ESOP Partners has the technology infrastructure in place so all employees can work from home. This allows for greater flexibility and safety for our employees, as well as enables us to continue providing the services needed to both our current and future clients.

Please see below for our company guidelines as suggested by the CDC and WHO

  • Travel is carefully evaluated and onsite visitors are limited. Employees should adhere to all state and federal travel guidelines.
  • If ill or feeling "off" employees are encouraged to stay home.
  • Wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use alcohol-based hand rub, if soap is not available.
  • Adhere to diligence about covering your mouth during a cough or sneeze.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using regular household cleaning spray or wipes

ESOP Partners has always invested in ways to ensure that our work environment is safe and clean.  This includes providing hand sanitizer, facial tissue, and partnering with a trusted commercial cleaning vendor.
