Jessica Quaday is the Manager of Client Services with ESOP Partners. Jessica leverages her strong ERISA background to ensure that plan administration is consistently performed in adherence to the terms of the plan document, IRS and DOL regulations, as well as ESOP industry best practices. She prides herself in maintaining strong client relationships through the delivery of high quality customer service and setting high expectations for all members of our client services team to stay focused on customer needs.
Jessica brings more than 20 years of experience in ESOP and 401(k) third party administration and client service management. Prior to joining ESOP Partners, Jessica was a member of the leadership teams at The Retirement Advantage (TRA), Alliance Benefit Group, and Eide Bailly. She attained her BS in Accounting from Rasmussen College.
Jessica holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential and is a member of ASPPA and The ESOP Association.
