ESOP Partners will be attending the Heart of America (HOA) Chapter 2017 Annual Spring Seminars:
- Kansas City Seminar – April 19, 2017, at the Commerce Bank Building in Kansas City, Missouri
- St. Louis Seminar – April 20, 2017, at the Missouri Athletic Club West in Town & Country, Missouri
The Kansas City and St. Louis seminars will feature a presentation by ESOP Association President J. Michael Keeling titled “ESOPs in the New D.C..? Better? Same? Worse?," as well as a panel discussion on "ESOP Companies Making Acquisitions" and a presentation on "What to Expect from a U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) Investigation of an ESOP.”
Both Seminars will provide attendees with valuable opportunities to share their ideas and network with other ESOP companies, and to talk one-on-one with ESOP professionals about their ESOP questions and concerns.
Vicki Graft, Senior ESOP Consultant with ESOP Partners, will be attending the Kansas City Seminar. Vicki is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA), with more than 18 years of ESOP and ERISA experience.
Cheryl Gallup, Senior Business Consultant with ESOP Partners, will be attending both Seminars. ESOP Partners is a consulting and administration firm providing an expert as a point of contact throughout the life cycle of the plan.
